NOBL PRO WHEY is a whey protein obtained from milk whey. Approximately 90% of the milk used is converted into whey in the cheese-making process, when producing fermented cheese, curd, sweet and sour cheese and casein. Whey is also produced by processing cows', goats', sheep's and camels' milk.

Milk contains two types of proteins: casein and whey. Casein accounts for about 80% of milk protein, whey – 20%. The casein protein is insoluble in water, unlike whey protein (remember the liquid on the surface of yoghurt in the cup – that is whey).

 

Due to its high solubility, whey is easy to mix with most liquids, making whey protein much easier and faster to absorb than other proteins. Also, whey protein has a very high biological value – a large part of it remains in the body. New research data show that whey protein is beneficial not only for sporting results but also for reducing the risk of certain forms of cancer by regulating blood pressure and enhancing the immune system.

 

Milk whey protein (whether in the form of concentrate, isolate or sometimes hydrolyzate) is used as a protein supplement for athletes, i.e. whey protein is used to saturate skeletal muscle cells with amino acids that are needed for muscle growth (after training or during sleep) and to protect against the protein catabolism process (metabolic reactions in the body, where carbohydrates, fats and proteins, using oxygen, degrade into smaller molecules for accumulation or use for the needs of the body).

Sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sugar, twice sweeter than saccharin and thrice sweeter than aspartame, yet is calorie-free, but adds sweetness to drinks, improving their taste. Approximately 85% of the consumed sucralose is not absorbed by the body, and the absorbed part is removed from the body within one day. Due to this characteristic, as well as the fact that the sweetener does not reach the placenta and breast milk, it does not cause insulin secretion. Sucralose is allowed for pregnant women, children and diabetics.
